Product Manager 1

Oversaw projects leading a team of engineers and designers to ship features that create opportunities for growth. Managed experimentation efforts to optimize the UX of M365 offer pages, resulting in an additional 500K consumer subscription adds. Redesigned the M365 onboarding process for Windows 11 which increased the percentage of active users with paid M365 subscriptions by 10%.

Owner of the M365 acquisition flow in the Windows out of box experience. Leads growth strategy for M365 Consumer and M365 Basic. Develops a new engineering infrastructure for experimentation flexibility to increase subscription rate and enable ability for multiple SKU assortment to grow LTV. Creates propensity models applying machine learning to tailor offers best suited to the customer. Steers freemium and upgrade work to gain MAU. Works with Data Science to maintain and improve dashboards and scorecards for acquisition and engagement data analysis.

Examined the effects of building-design on human factors by measuring the responses of participants using Virtual Reality Technology, as a Research assistant for the Design & Augmented Intelligence Lab. Served as a Teacher’s Assistant for 2 years for Info 4240: Designing Technology for Social Impact. Worked for a student run grocery store called Anabel’s Grocery to address food insecurity and held the positions of Web Developer and Graphic Designer.
